Work hours: 12 noon to 9pm

Job Description

• Generate Daily/Monthly/Yearly and Volume reports by using advance excel /Power BI functions
• Prepare automated Dashboard as per the requirements of management using Power BI
• Co-ordinate with various operation team via calls and emails for the completion of Daily/Monthly/Yearly reporting along with monitoring and analyzing the same
• Open Item reporting to stakeholders in a periodic manner
• Monitored implementation of MIS processes and evaluated their effectiveness
• Measured and developed service level targets against Best-in-class benchmarks
• Performed Trend Analysis of Data and Automation of reports
  
  

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce , Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Certification course in MIS or related field
• Power BI certification
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience
• Experience in an MNC environment
• Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools (ORBIT, OBIEE, NetSuite, Blackline, Oracle etc.)
  
  

• Experience with a broad range of applications and software
• Knowledge of Macros and Visual Basic
• Proficient in excel, word, outlook, and MS access
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
  
  

Power BI certification 1.Knowledge of Macros and Visual Basic
