About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mobile App Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Android and iOS application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building and maintaining real-time messaging/chat applications and a strong understanding of modern mobile development practices.

As part of our team in Bhopal, you will play a key role in developing an AI-native mobile application, working closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to create seamless, intelligent, and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Build and optimize real-time messaging and communication features, including chat interfaces, notifications, media sharing, and synchronization.
• Collaborate with AI, backend, and product teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into the mobile experience.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, reliability, and security.
• Implement scalable architectures and maintain clean, maintainable codebases.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across devices and operating systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and AI-driven user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
• Experience building or maintaining messaging/chat applications, social communication apps, or real-time collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of:

Real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, Firebase, MQTT, etc.)
Push notifications and background services
Mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
RESTful APIs and backend integrations

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/LLM-powered features into mobile applications.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, AI assistants, or conversational interfaces.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of analytics, monitoring, and mobile app security best practices.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
