About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile App Developer with 7+ years of experience in developing high-performance applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms. This role is ideal for a developer who is fluent in Arabic (read and write) and is passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and robust mobile applications for enterprise use.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Agile team and play a pivotal role in the complete software development lifecycle—from conceptualization to deployment—supporting Abu Dhabi Ports Group's mission-critical mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Implement and maintain seamless integration with backend services and APIs (REST/SOAP/RPC).
• Develop engaging UI/UX with responsive and accessible designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, and QA testers.
• Handle state management, push notifications, deep linking, and real-time data sync using Firebase/Supabase.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following TDD and unit testing practices.
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Git for source control and participate in regular code reviews.
• Containerize and deploy apps using Docker and integrate with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of mobile app development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile development frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio, iOS/Swift, and React Native.
• Experience working with Firebase/Supabase, push notifications, deep linking, and Maps APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST standards and building/consuming APIs.
• Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in Arabic (Read and Write) – mandatory requirement.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to containerization using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with enterprise systems and APIs.
