Mobile Application Developer (Android/iOS)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile
Application Developer (Android/iOS) with a strong expertise in both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) native development for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will work closely with a Canadian client to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications.

This position is remote, and the candidate can be based anywhere in India, but is required to work partially during Eastern Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and maintain native Android and iOS applications.
• Triage, update and resolve support tickets during service hours and maintain service SLA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development using Android and iOS native platforms.
• Design and implement advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift.
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX best practices and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs integration.
• Experience in deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
