🔧 Responsibilities:
- Design and manage scalable MongoDB databases.
- Optimise performance and implement indexing strategies.
- Work closely with backend teams to design data models.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and backup procedures.
- Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams for seamless integration.
✅ Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience with MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and aggregation pipelines.
- Experience with Python/Node.js and ORMs (like Mongoose or PyMongo).
- Familiarity with performance tuning and sharded clusters is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale data projects is a bonus.
🎯 Bonus Skills:
- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, or microservices.
