Role : MongoDB Developer

YOE : 6+ Years

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad

Time : 2pm to 11 pm - IST (Hybrid work mode)

Type : Full-time

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable NoSQL database solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with MongoDB architecture, performance tuning, and data modeling, and should collaborate closely with backend and application teams to deliver high-performance applications.

• Design and implement MongoDB data models optimized for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain MongoDB databases, collections, indexes, and queries
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and schema design
• Manage replication, sharding, and high availability setups
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance best practices
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate MongoDB with applications
• Perform database migrations and version upgrades
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Good understanding of NoSQL data modeling and schema design
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas or self-managed MongoDB clusters
• Proficiency in writing complex queries and Aggregation Pipelines
• Knowledge of indexes, sharding, and replication
• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend frameworks (Node.js / Python / Java)
• Understanding of ACID transactions in MongoDB
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of MongoDB Compass and monitoring tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems
• Understanding of security best practices (RBAC, encryption)
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems
• Handling multi-region MongoDB deployments
