MongoDb developer

• Design and implement MongoDB data models, collections, and schemas
• Develop efficient queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies
• Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and scalability
• Manage large datasets and ensure data integrity and security
• Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Work closely with application developers to integrate MongoDB with backend systems
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Expertise in CRUD operations, aggregation framework, and indexing
• Solid understanding of NoSQL database design principles
• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning

Programming / Integration

• Experience with at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration
• Experience with Spring Boot + MongoDB (preferred)

Tools & Technologies

• Version control: Git
• API tools: Postman / Swagger
• Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
