Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Business Analyst with extensive experience in Project Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and its application in managing project-based environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our Project Operations align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Project Operations within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking within the system.
• Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CE to support project operations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, recommending improvements to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on Dynamics 365 CE enhancements.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging Dynamics 365 data for decision-making.
• Maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Project Operations.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, especially related to Project Operations, Resource Management, and Financial Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and operations.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CE certification(s).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).
