PAC MTS III, Software
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Companion App Ground Service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the application.
- Implement, test, and debug Python-based services in a cloud-based environment using AWS.
- Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system management tasks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for better performance and functionality.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all deliverables.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting for system automation and process streamlining.
- Familiarity with Redhat Package Manager (RPM) for package building and management.
- Knowledge of C++ for potential cross-platform integrations.
- Understanding and experience with Nginx for web server configuration and optimization.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field is preferred.
- 3 - 8 years software development experience.
