About the Role
Full Stack Developer (Backend Heavy)
Experience : 5 - 8 Years
We are looking for a hands-on, backend-heavy Full Stack Engineer to join the Tools & Automation Team. The role focuses on building and enhancing internal platforms that interface closely with infrastructure, automation workflows, and hardware-aligned systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance backend-driven applications using Agile/Scrum practices

Build and maintain efficient, reusable front-end components using React/Angular

Own backend components, automation workflows, and system integrations

Create and maintain unit tests; ensure code quality via CI/CD pipelines

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability

Document designs and requirements using Jira and Confluence
Required Skills
-
Strong backend development experience in GoLang or Python
-
Advanced Linux usage and shell scripting
-
Working knowledge of JavaScript for tooling and integrations

Experience with Docker (production level) and CI/CD pipelines

Frontend exposure using React or Angular
-
Experience with SQL and relational databases
-
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and system-level thinking
