MTS I - Android Developer | 1.5 - 3 Years | Pune

Role Summary:
Our client  builds cutting-edge in-flight entertainment, connectivity and digital aviation systems for major airlines worldwide. Hiring an Android Engineer to design, develop, test and maintain high-quality real-time/embedded Android applications for aviation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin.

• Work on low-level modules, system interfaces and embedded components.

• Debug, test, and optimize apps for performance, efficiency and robustness.

• Create technical documentation, test plans, flow diagrams and interface specs.

• Support system testing, troubleshooting and requirement analysis.

• Build tools/subsystems to support development and automation.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, Android SDK.

• Knowledge of MVVM / MVP / MVC architecture.

• Experience with multimedia, streaming, or real-time systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS preferred.

• Strong debugging, documentation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in small teams and handle multiple tasks.

Education & Experience:

• 1.5 to 3 years of relevant Android development experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
