JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Android Developer
Requirement: Experience (2-3 Years)
Precision Grow is an innovative AgriTech company dedicated to developing cutting-edge mobile solutions for modern agriculture. We are looking for a skilled Native Android Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, capable of working on research-oriented projects, and eager to explore and implement new ideas based on innovation and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Android App Development:
· Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Java (preferred) and Kotlin.
· Implement MVVM architecture and best coding practices for scalable and maintainable applications.
Database Management:
· Work with Room Database for efficient local storage and caching.
· Integrate with NoSQL databases like Firebase Firestore for real-time data synchronization.
API & Network Handling:
· Consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end services.
· Handle network calls efficiently using Retrofit, Volley, and OkHttp.
Performance Optimization:
· Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve app crashes, ANRs, and performance bottlenecks.
Firebase & Cloud Integration:
· Implement Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications (FCM), Analytics, and Remote Config.
· Utilize Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Services where required.
UI/UX & Material Design:
· Develop user-friendly interfaces following Material Design guidelines.
· Implement smooth animations and UI transitions for an enhanced user experience.
Security & Best Practices:
· Ensure app security, data encryption, and secure API calls.
· Manage authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Firebase Auth.
Version Control & Deployment:
· Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaboration.
· Handle Play Store deployment, versioning, and release management.
Continuous Learning & Research-Oriented Work:
· Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments with evolving project requirements.
· Conduct research and experimentation to develop innovative solutions.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
