Your Role

• Manage and maintain network components such as routers,switches, firewalls, VPNs,and Wi-Fi systems.
• Optimize network performance through regular monitoring and adjustments.
• Implement and manage security measures including intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Provide tier 2/3 support for network issues, including diagnosing and resolving problems.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4-12 years of experience in network administration and support
• Skills In-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g.; BGP; OSPF; EIGRP). Routing, Switching, Meraki,Checkpoint, SDWAN, Zscaler,Skype for business and MS Team
• Proficiency in network monitoring and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with virtualization environments.
• Well versed about ITIL 4 Process.
