About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure, server environments, and multi-OS systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in network design and implementation
• Provide network support across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server, Web Server, and File Server
• Maintain network connectivity for all workstations
• Manage organization websites and email systems
• Oversee and manage cloud-based LMS
• Maintain computer hardware, applications, and configurations
• Implement and monitor data backups; provide tech support to users
• Recommend and apply security improvements and system upgrades
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Network/System Administrator role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, file sharing, and network configurations
• Experience with Cisco switches/routers preferred
• MCSE and/or CCNA certifications are a plus
