Job Title: Network & System Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network & System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for administering servers, networks, cloud services, security controls, backups, and end-user support to ensure high availability and optimal performance of business systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Administration

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and uptime.
• Resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security policies.

System Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and permissions.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Perform OS upgrades, patch management, and system health monitoring.

Security & Backup

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.
• Monitor security alerts, antivirus, and firewall logs.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

Cloud & Collaboration

• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, or AWS environments.
• Support email systems, cloud storage, and collaboration tools.
• Manage user provisioning and access control.

Support & Documentation

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, system documentation, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
