Overview

Job Title: Network Administrator

Department: Information Technology
Reports To: IT Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of the hotel’s network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Ensure reliable internet and Wi-Fi services for guests and staff.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Implement and manage network security protocols and user access controls.
• Coordinate with service providers for internet and leased line services.
• Regularly test and secure network backups and restore points.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Networking or related field.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+.
• 2–4 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
