Qualification: Graduation/Engineering in Computer or Electronics.
Certification: CCNA/ CCNP or Equivalent is required

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain functional LAN, WLAN, WAN, and cloud networks.
• Monitor and manage daily network operations, including on-prem and cloud-based wireless infrastructure.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain data center LAN, WAN interconnects, and IPsec tunnels.
• Handle firewall link connectivity, policies, NAT/PAT, and secure tunneling technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot network protocols, routing (static/dynamic), VLANs, QoS, and related services.
• Provide input for capacity planning, migration, link upgrades, and future network strategies.
• Implement best practices and hardening for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Monitor and analyze performance trends and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
• Generate and maintain network documentation including architecture diagrams and technical reports.
• Use ticketing systems (SolarWinds, Top desk, Fresh service, ServiceNow, etc.) to respond to incidents within SLA.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of escalated or high-priority incidents.
• Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
• Support change management processes, including scheduling and implementation.
• Automate routine tasks and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
• Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Design, implement, and test security measures including disaster recovery protocols.
• Participate in network performance improvement and scalability initiatives.
