Key Responsibilities

1.Cybersecurity Operations

• Proven experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including configuration, monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response
• Utilize CrowdStrike Falcon platform for endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat intelligence, and vulnerability management
• Monitor security alerts and events, analyze potential threats, and implement appropriate remediation actions
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scanning to identify and address security weaknesses
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and eradication of security incidents
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices

2. Network Infrastructure Management

• Configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Implement and manage network security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs

3. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with IT support, development, and other teams to implement security measures and address technical challenges
• Document network configurations, security procedures, and incident response plans
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding security risks and remediation efforts
• Participate in security awareness training initiatives

Ideal Candidate

1. 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity and network infrastructure roles

2. Hands-on experience (2+ years) with CrowdStrike Falcon for threat detection and response

3. Skilled in incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management

4. Proficient in managing LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless networks, and firewalls

5. Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint security solutions

6. Strong in documenting security configurations, policies, and procedures

7. Collaborates effectively with IT, support, and application teams to resolve security issues

8. Preferred certifications: Security+, CEH, or CCNA

9. Knowledge of penetration testing
