JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Network Engineer

Department: IT / Infrastructure

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: 3–7 years

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

• Monitor network performance, usage, and uptime; proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points.

• Ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance.

• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

• Troubleshoot network hardware and software issues and resolve them promptly.

• Collaborate with IT support, cybersecurity, and server teams on network-related tasks.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

• Implement network security measures in line with company policies.

• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution related to networking infrastructure.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP network devices.

• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

• Ability to configure and troubleshoot VPNs and firewalls.

• Knowledge of VoIP systems and network segmentation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
