Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of computer networks, identifying performance issues, and ensuring the security and integrity of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and other security tools.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, and security configurations.
• Provide Level 1/2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
• Collaborate with system administrators and other departments to ensure network efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of network configuration and mapping.
• Evaluate and recommend new network equipment and technologies.
• Maintain data backup and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, or similar networking solutions.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
• Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
