Job Summary:
We are looking for a Level 1 Network Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in networking principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Provide first-level network troubleshooting and support.
• Assist in network installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Document network issues and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and vendors for escalated issues.

Education:

• Mandatory: Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science / MCA
• Desired: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science Engineering

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba devices
• Understanding of network monitoring tools
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Certifications:
CCNA or equivalent (optional but advantageous)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹98,403.00 - ₹107,887.00 per year
