Network Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage wireline network solutions, including IP/MPLS, L3VPN, and SD-WAN.

Configure and maintain routers, with a focus on Cisco and Juniper devices.

Develop and execute network automation strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists to ensure seamless network operations.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our network infrastructure remains modern and competitive.

Participate in the entire network lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in wireline network automation, including IP/MPLS, L3VPN, and SD-WAN.

Strong knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routers.

Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

Knowledge of network security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other networking technologies and vendors.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

Pay: ₹1,259,267.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
