Overview
- Should be experienced in day to day IT Infrastructure support including various Operating systems like Win10, MacOS, Linux.
- Should have strong knowledge in implementation administration of various servers server roles.
- Administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
- Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework.
- Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them.
- Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
- Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
- Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
- Experience in Asset management IT Supplier Management.
- Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
- Should be experienced in handling various IT audits ISO20K, 27K etc
