We are looking for a Network Engineer to work from our Bengaluru/Pune, India office and be part of a global team that’s involved in cutting-edge real-time payment platforms that global financial and e-Commerce corporations are using.

• Work in a team of professionals to continuously support the infrastructure of our payments platforms in a challenging, high-availability, high-performance, high-scalability, high-quality, and high-security real-money payments platform in an Agile DevOps environment
• Make it your own responsibility to keep our system up and scaling for all our customers, including creatively finding solutions that would benefit our customers and the product line
  
  

Key responsibilities:

• Network Support: Work in a team of professionals to continuously support the infrastructure of our payments platforms in a challenging, high-availability, high-performance, high-scalability, high-quality, and high-security real-money payments platform in an Agile DevOps environment
• Task executables: Performs the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of LAN & WAN Physical Infrastructure to ensure proper functionality and performance, including associated operating system software and hardware components such as routers, bridges, switches, hubs, and associated cabling and wiring.
• Provide Level I and Level II network support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents. Help to ensure optimal network performance by assisting with performance and capacity monitoring, and making and implementing recommendations to resolve identified issues
• Process adherence: Develops and implements applicable business processes and procedures
• Work schedules: Willing to work in Rotational Day and Night shifts 24/7
• Governance: Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or related field with minimum 2-5 years of related experience required, supporting Network infrastructure experience required, CCNP Level
  
  

Primary

• Security Firewall concepts. Solid understanding of configuring ACLs, NATs, VPN's (configuring and troubleshooting). Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Required to drive T-shoot calls with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  
  

Secondary

• Managing and operating Load balancer’s especially F5.
• Good understanding of Network tools such as Wireshark, Solarwinds, Netbrain, Algosec
• Understanding of Colocation hosting providers such as Equinix (EPH).
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS.
• Network Automation is helpful, such as Python & Ansible.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA (Secure Client)
• Wireless technologies
• Virtualization technologies, i.e., NSX-T
  
  

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in supporting high-performance networks in a global environment that supports critical applications in Banking or Payments, or any other real-time applications
• Certifications in CISCO and other network infrastructure devices . Work Experience in Agile Methodology would be preferable.

• BE, BTech Comp Science, BTech Electronics, BE / BTech IT, MSc Comp Sc, MCA
