Overview

Strong communication skills are a must as various teams are involved globally

Ready to work in night shifts (USA timings)

Efficient in phonetics, customer support and email etiquettes

Working knowledge of networking concepts and analytical skills to resolve issues

Hands-on experience of troubleshooting network related issues (node/link down, latency, packet drops)

Profound knowledge of switches, bridges, wireless controllers, access points

Experience in performing basic router internet setup, firewall info and port forwarding

Experience installing ethernet cables, terminations and punch down is a plus

Basic desktop and laptop troubleshooting and repair hands-on

CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
