Job Title: Network Engineer (Linux)

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer with strong experience in Linux-based systems to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient network systems to support business operations at our GIFT City location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
• Manage network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Maintain network security through firewall configuration, access control, and vulnerability assessments.
• Administer Linux servers and ensure optimal network integration.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related support.
• Implement network upgrades and migrations as required.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex network issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation related to network infrastructure and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking devices.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or similar.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

• CCNA / CCNP
• RHCE / RHCSA
• CompTIA Network+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
