Role Overview:

• We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Network Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our enterprise network infrastructure. You’ll work across multiple networking platforms and collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. A strong understanding of L2 networking, along with ITIL practices, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure using #Cisco, #HP, and #Aruba switches and routers
• Provide L2 support for network incidents, including diagnosing connectivity, latency, and configuration issues
• Administer and maintain #ArubaWiFi solutions, ensuring wireless network coverage and stability
• Assist in configuring and managing #FortiGateFirewall policies and VPN connections
• Contribute to #SDWAN implementation and support, including link failover and path optimization
• Follow and apply #ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management
• Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and change logs
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated network issues
• Participate in network performance monitoring, reporting, and capacity planning
• Ensure network security and compliance with organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with #Cisco, #HP, and #Aruba routing and switching equipment (L2 level)
• Good knowledge or certification in #ITIL and experience in handling incident, change, and problem management
• Exposure to #SDWAN technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Fortinet SD-WAN, Silver Peak)
• Experience with enterprise #ArubaWiFi configurations and wireless access point deployment
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of #FortiGateFirewall administration and rule management
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good documentation, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP)
• Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)
• Fortinet NSE certifications
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark)
• Experience working in large enterprise or data center environments
