Overview
- In order to provide white glove support to executive level users across the organization, it is necessary for JPMC to engage a new support team dedicated to attending any issues that may occur after the go-live date.
- Customer Success role will:
- Ticket queue monitoring
- Process driven (follow runbooks)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Morning-after bridge deployment staff
- Generate reporting
- Experience working in a network operations center required
