Skills (Must Have)
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper)
- Hands-on with Firewall administration (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Checkpoint)
- Experience in VPNs, Load Balancers, Proxy
- Troubleshooting complex network issues at L3 level
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Configuration and monitoring of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, (Nice to Have) :
- Certifications like CCNP / CCIE
- Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway)
- Experience with Scripting (Python, :
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructure.
- Handle escalation tickets and act as the final point of contact for L2 teams.
- Ensure network uptime, security compliance, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for RCA and issue resolution.
- Participate in change management and infrastructure :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
- Proven experience in L3-level troubleshooting and escalations.
