Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Network and Security services.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and deployed solutions.
• Generate and update network configurations as per business requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal throughput.
• Collaborate with client service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve network and security issues.
• Troubleshoot and analyze network design and architecture to identify and resolve configuration issues.
• Oversee SSL/TLS certificate management, including monitoring expiration and renewing certificates via PKI CA systems.
• Apply industry best practices in planning, designing, and implementing secure network solutions.
• Provide deployment guidance ensuring that implementations align with approved design specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, conducting training sessions and workshops to share technical knowledge.
• Follow ITIL-based processes for incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Participate in demand evaluation, capacity planning, and network upgrades as required.
• Support integration and troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.).

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Meraki dashboard configuration and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls and related security policies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with SSL/TLS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 operational environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
