About this opportunity:

The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is focused on executing design, audit and optimization services, where the network engineer is responsible for part of the solution and part of the service process. The Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

What you will do:

• Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.
• Should work with Automation team to perform UAT and do data analytics using Power BI
• Should know about BOT and ISF automation platform to demonstrate Use cases to MA .
• Should perform KPI analysis & reporting and report back to MA Lead within agreed SLA.
• Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues
• Responsible for allocated project Optimization KPI Optimization, Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Worst Cell Analysis
• Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner
• Candidate should be able to understand the customer queries & proactively act on the same.
• Interact with internal stakeholders for delivery execution and Acceptance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel as per Business requirement.
• Relevant working experience in Ericsson in RF KPI analysis & troubleshooting
• Working Experience for identifying the worst offenders sites & perform RCA
• Expertise on planning and optimization concepts
• Strong Knowledge about tools Ericsson (EPP, ENM, PowerBI)
• Extensive experience on Ericsson 4G & 5G Features, Commands ,counters, parameters & Formulas.
• Strong knowledge on Ericsson radio products & features
• Hands on experience on MS Office
• Hands on Experience in PowerBI
• Ability to KPI root cause analysis demonstration to customer
  
  

The skills you bring:

Strong 4G & 5G fundamentals in RF technologies especially KPI Optimization.

Should know how automation UAT is being done and do data analytics using Power BI

Should have good communication skills and ability to deliver KSS/Best practice/Demo to internal/external customer

Working Experience on 4G/5G Drive test logs processing and layer 3 analysis

Should know Tool’s like EPP, ENM, S-CRT ISF BOT’s, Power BI etc.

Should be aware of 4G/5G Architecture and NR call flow .

Should be aware of basic parameters and features of Ericsson radio products
