Key Responsibilities
The practice and organization are headed by an industry veteran for 30+ years with a rich experience in business development, solution implementation, and project management. Having served various government projects for the target solutions, Urbaforce was formed last year with a vision to impart the design and management services to such customers.
- Conduct Site survey for understanding the layout of project
- Prepare bill of quantity by understanding the requirements
- All components including IT and Network budgeting
- Component selection with makes and models
- Site visit for implementation and commissioning of project
- Coordinate with contractor and equipment suppliers for project management
- Prepare drawings for site before and after work execution
