Job Description

Experience: 1-5 years

• Proven hands-on basic networking infrastructure
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols
• Configure and install various network devices and services.
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades
• Monitoring and managing ISP links & WAN monitoring tools.
• Monitor and maintain all levels of network security internally and externally
• Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Virtualization Systems, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops (Windows and MAC)
• experience supporting network technologies, especially Juniper, Cisco (Nexus and Catalyst), Juniper SRX firewalls, and F5 load balancers.
• Proficient knowledge in routing protocol (e.g. OSPF, BGP, MPLS), switching, firewall and Load balancer.
• Possess analytical skills in resolving network issues with advanced troubleshooting and coordination with onsite support teams and vendors
• Experience in using monitoring tools to assist with incident management to identify actionable incidents.
• Experience in executing medium/complex network changes, along with change requests from service teams in a large enterprise network as per established change management policy
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of client/server, and Internet concepts and techniques
