Designation: Network Engineer L2
Relevant Experience: 3+ Years of experience

Qualification: Graduation/Engineering in IT Background
Certifications: Preferred if any

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling daily BAU operations including system health checks, performance monitoring, and disk space management across Windows, Linux, and VM environments.
• Apply OS patches and updates as part of scheduled maintenance, ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Act as SPOC for all IT-related issues including Business Applications, Desktop and Mobile Applications, and Network support.
• Receive, log, and manage user calls and emails related to IT incidents and service requests.
• Perform continuous monitoring and generate system performance and uptime reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for support cases, warranty issues, and escalations.
• Log and manage Incident, Service, and Change Requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Participate in RCA meetings for recurring incidents and contribute to preventive planning.
