Qualification-

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Role & Responsibility-

• Provide L2 operational support for SD-WAN infrastructure primarily focused on Cisco Meraki platforms
• Perform proactive monitoring and health checks of SD-WAN environments and troubleshoot network performance issues
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams to ensure smooth escalation and resolution of incidents
• Execute configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and policy deployments on Meraki devices
• Support integration of Meraki SD-WAN with other networking components like firewalls, switches, and WAN links
• Provide technical support during network outages and contribute to disaster recovery planning
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required for issue resolution and upgrades

Skills Required-

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN technologies (MX, MS, MR series)
• Good understanding of networking concepts including routing (OSPF, BGP), switching, VLANs, and VPNs
• Experience with Meraki Dashboard, monitoring tools, and reporting featuresUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum)
• CCNA or Meraki CMNA certification is preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant networking experience with a focus on SD-WAN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹255,017.27 - ₹480,000.00 per year
