NOC ENGINEER

Work Experience – Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer.

(2-3 years in L2 & L3 NOC environment.)

RF work experience preferred.

NOC Engineer to take care of our telecommunication networks and computer

systems.

To ensure success as an NOC engineer, you should demonstrate advanced knowledge of network

deployment and infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible

hours. A skilled NOC Engineer will be able to diagnose and resolve network issues without

causing extended downtime of the IT systems.

Job description for L3 NOC Support Engineer:-

Handling complex technical support issues.

Conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, and supervising technicians.

Introduction of multi-vendor network devices with the monitoring systems.

Overseeing equipment testing, maintenance, installation, and planning.

Estimating costs, approving project designs, and preparing contracts.

Day-to-day Technical Operation activities -

* network migrations, design changes, infrastructure updates and firmware updates,

* Running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues

Directing staff, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel.

Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.

Analyzing data, monitoring expenditure, and drafting progress reports.

Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.

Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.

Training & Skill set require :-

Qualification -BE Computer / Telecom with CCNA or CCNP completed. (WAN/ LAN/

Cisco Router configuration/ OSI model TCP-IP model VLAN STPVTP/OSFP /BGP )

 Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.

 Excellent troubleshooting skills.

 Ability to work flexible hours.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Advanced project management skills.

 Ability to work well under pressure.

Self Motivated and work with/without a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
