Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in 24*7*365 rotational shift.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Install & configure various network devices and services (e.g., Wifi routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).
- He should be able to Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes on devices like Juniper/cisco Nexus/FortiGate firewall.
- Performance monitoring & bandwidth utilization of all devices present in current infra.
- Hands-on experience in Switching & Routing.
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls (experience on FortiGate firewall will be considered as an advantage).
- CCNA & CCNP certification would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the ticket process & change mgmt.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and ISP for problem resolution.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF)
