Primary Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SilverPeak SD-WAN (EdgeConnect appliances)
- Configuration and deployment expertise with Cisco Switches and Routing Protocols – OSPF, BGP
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs)
- Deploy and configure SilverPeak SD-WAN routers (EdgeConnect) and Cisco switches
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Set up and maintain VPN tunnels and troubleshoot VPN issues
- Hands-on with VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, STP, PVST+, IPSec site-to-site VPN, NAT/PAT
- Commissioning and decommissioning of network components
- Handle service restorations, service requests, and change requests
- Coordinate with vendors for both ongoing operations and new implementations
- Follow Change Control processes for submissions and approvals
- Plan and implement network upgrades and migrations with minimal impact to end users
- Create and update network diagrams using Visio
- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required for network maintenance or emergencies
- Minimum 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
- Expertise in SD-WAN technologies, especially SilverPeak
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
