Role

Role purpose:

• Working with businesses stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors all over the globe and ensure Delivery SLA adherence.
• Handle calls & emails; make proactive phone calls to customers as and when needed.
• E2E Supply chain management, new orders, Provide Order status, handles order and service-related queries.
• Help Desk Support
• Basic trouble shooting, resolving tickets. FCR.
• Escalate the issues as appropriate to the relevant Stakeholder, Management.
• Reporting, weekly reviews and dashboards.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with call logging systems
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• 2-3 years exp n SCM/Order management
• L1, L2 Service Desk
• Hands-on Knowledge experience on any type of workflow tool, ticketing tool
  
  

Must Have Technical/professional Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Level knowledge, certification preferred
• Certified in SCM/Order Management preferred
