Network & Security Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and recreating them in lab environments such as GNS3 and EVE-NG.

The role requires solid expertise in routing, switching, security, and multi-vendor platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot all types of network issues involving BGP, OSPF, MPLS, switching, and security.
• Recreate issues in GNS3, EVE-NG, or similar simulation platforms to analyze problems and validate solutions.
• Document recreated issues, root cause, lab setup, and final resolution.
• Work with SNMP, MIB, and network monitoring tools.
• Configure and support multiple vendor devices (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.
• Support ISP-grade network environments and routing setups (preferred).
• Use advanced monitoring/automation protocols like Telemetry, NetConf, RestConf, TR-069.
• Collaborate with teams on upgrades, optimization, and network improvements.
  
  

• 5-6 years of experience in networking and security.
• Strong command-line troubleshooting skills.
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and core routing/switching concepts.
• Experience with multi-vendor network equipment.
• Practical experience in GNS3/EVE-NG for lab testing and issue simulation.
• Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP; CCIE is a strong advantage.
• ISP network experience is a plus
