Job Description
- Ensure highly available network that meets business objectives and SLAs
- Escalation for technical problems, and responsible for RCA, documentation and remediation
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, VPC)
- Evaluate critical business activities via analysis and determine specification of scope and impact of danger - GAP analysis
- Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency
- Perform troubleshoot and resolve different problem and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact across multiple teams within IT and in the business areas.
- Contribute for all monthly/ Quarterly dashboard reporting, Vendor Management, Support Change and Capacity Planning
- Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN's (IPSec and Remote access) on firewalls.
- Good knowledge and demonstrated experience in analysis and dissection of advanced attacker tactics, techniques and procedures in order to inform adjustments to the control plane.
- Experience with DDoS mitigation solutions.
- Must be proficient and hands-on experience with the following Technologies :
- Routing
- Switching
- Firewall (ASA, Palo Alto, Sophos & Fortigate)
- Load balancer (Array)
- Web Application Firewall
- IPS / IDS
- VPN
- Cisco Nexus
- Ddos
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, private cloud)
