Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Developer / Technical Lead with expertise in building modern website using Sitecore, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
" Develop and maintain the Azure APIs and other backed jobs for Marketing Campaigns using Sitecore Send, C#, SQL Server and other No SQL Database on Sitecore Managed Azure cloud.
" Develop and maintain robust web applications using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and related technologies.
" Implement scalable, modular, and high-performance Single Page Applications (SPAs) and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
" Design and build user interfaces with exceptional attention to detail, leveraging HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and JavaScript (ES6+).
" Integrate APIs and microservices using GraphQL (e.g., Apollo or Sitecore GraphQL) and RESTful APIs.
" Optimize components for performance and responsiveness across multiple devices and browsers ensuring web accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
" Ensure code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and automated testing frameworks.
Required Skills And Experience
" 5+ years of professional experience in developing Cloud native (Azure) web sites using modern JavaScript frameworks like Sitecore JSS Headless architecture.
" Proficiency in Sitecore, C#.NET, SQL Server, Sitecore CDP, Sitecore Send, Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
" Strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Azure APIs, Web Jobs etc
" Good understanding of Sitecore CDP & Send for Marketing Campaign automations.
" Strong understanding of state management techniques in React, including tools like Redux and Flux.
" Experience with Material UI, Vercel, and other Node.js hosting platforms.
" Familiarity with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) approaches in Next.js.
" Hands-on knowledge of RxJS, Babel, and Node.js debugging techniques.
" Expertise in CSS pre-processors (e.g., Stylus, SASS) and server-side rendering.
" Experience with multi-language setups and workflows in Next.js.
" Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git commands, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Soft Skills
" Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
" Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
" Excellent communication skills in English.
