Role Overview:

Agnito Technologies is looking for a skilled NLP Engineer (Document Intelligence) to develop and deploy advanced NLP solutions for parsing and understanding complex legal and regulatory documents. You’ll be working on OCR, NER, and transformer-based models that power AI systems for compliance and document automation.

Key Skills & Tools:

• OCR Technologies (e.g., Tesseract, Amazon Textract)
• Named Entity Recognition (NER) using spaCy or custom models
• PDF Parsing and document structure extraction
• Transformer Models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, LayoutLM)
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulatory text corpora
• Familiarity with document intelligence frameworks and text pipelines

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on NLP experience in compliance, legal tech, or regulated industries
• Strong foundation in linguistic processing, entity recognition, and document classification
• Experience with NLP frameworks like spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and NLTK
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance in NLP use cases is a plus
