This role is ideal for someone who started their career in software development and has successfully transitioned into project management. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams and global clients, driving execution, improving delivery practices, and shaping the success of diverse digital products in a fast-paced service Responsibilities : Planning & Delivery :
- Define project scopes, create detailed project plans, and manage execution from initiation to delivery.
- Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality & Stakeholder Management :
- Act as the single point of contact for all client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set clear expectations, manage feedback loops, and handle change requests effectively.
- Translate technical details into client-friendly updates and vice versa.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, motivate team members, and ensure Oversight :
- Contribute to architecture discussions and project solutioning when required.
- Leverage your own coding background to understand technical complexities, review estimates, and validate deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding & Reporting :
- Prepare and maintain SoWs, FSDs, effort estimations, and progress reports.
- Track delivery metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, quality metrics) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Location : Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office)
- Experience : 7+ years as a Project Manager Web & Mobile Qualifications :
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in any tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Java, Python, Flutter, etc.)
- 34 years of project management experience in a software services company.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end mobile and web app projects for multiple clients.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management SKILLS :
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, Postman, Git, Figma.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
