Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL.
- Act as a Technical Lead, managing day-to-day development activities, guiding the team, assigning tasks, and ensuring delivery quality.
- Interface directly with customers for requirements gathering, technical discussions, and progress updates.
- Own the technical solution architecture and contribute to technology decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and support their growth through guidance and feedback.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- 57 years of full stack development experience with Angular, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Strong expertise in MySQL, including complex queries, optimization, and schema design.
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or senior developer with team coordination responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Familiarity with Git-based source control and Agile development processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and QA collaboration.
- Background in working with customer-facing enterprise or B2B/B2C platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and accountable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
