Operation & Sales Data Analyst (UFS India)

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1 - Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and stakeholders.
2 - Work with sales and marketing teams to produce time-sensitive deliverables on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
3 - Identify opportunities for automation, data consolidation, and reporting standardization.
4 - Address local and regional reporting requirements to ensure alignment.
5 - Coordinate with team leads to track and maintain adherence to key performance metrics.
6 - Support the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, and training for reporting functions.
7 - Design and implement KPIs, enhancing data quality and building dashboards using BI tools.
8 - Communicate directly with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and improve data reliability.

Other Requirements:

1 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, data science, or a related field.

2 - Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst or reporting analyst with statistical knowledge.

3 - Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Power Automate preferred.

4 - Knowledge of SQL and DAX programming languages is advantageous.

5 - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and accessible data records.

6 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across teams.

7 - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
