Job Description: Oracle Application Developer
Job Type: Full-Time Remote
Experience: 4–10 Years
Availability: 0–15 days
Salary: ₹70,000–1,20,000 per month
We are hiring a for a full-time remote role. The position involves developing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Retail Management Systems with strong focus on performance, security, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications (RMS).
- Translate functional specs into technical solutions and implement features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support (24/7 on-call rotation).
- Administer and debug batch schedules (Control-M).
Required Skills
- 4–10 years of development experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail, Pro*C batch troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian stack.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Java/.NET exposure is a plus.
