Hiring: Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) – Hybrid (Kolkata)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an Oracle DBA to manage, optimize, and secure our mission-critical databases. You’ll ensure high availability, performance, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases (RAC, ASM, Data Guard).

✔ Backup & Recovery: Implement RMAN strategies (full/incremental), cloning, and disaster recovery.

✔ Performance Tuning: Analyze AWR/ADDM reports, optimize SQL queries, and resolve bottlenecks.

✔ High Availability: Configure/manage Data Guard, RAC, and failover solutions.

✔ Security & Compliance: Enforce user access controls, patching (OPatch), and audit policies.

✔ Automation: Develop Shell/Python scripts for routine DBA tasks.

✔ Cloud Integration: Optional: Experience with AWS RDS/Oracle Cloud.

Skills Required:

✅ Core DBA: Oracle 11g/12c/19c, RMAN, Data Pump, SQL/PLSQL.

✅ HA Solutions: RAC, Data Guard, ASM.

✅ OS/Tools: Linux, OEM, SQL Developer, ServiceNow.

✅ Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, 24/7 support readiness.

Preferred Certifications: OCA, OCP, or Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
