Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, specifically within DevOps environments. Strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion applications and proficiency in managing Scrum processes are required. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to Agile best practices.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
Monitor sprint progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development and DevOps practices.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus.
