Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant - FTE

Overview

Currently, we are looking for a talented Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Consult on AST’s Oracle Field Service engagements, including implementations and upgrades.
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.
• Work on Inbound and Outbound Connections to Oracle Fusion Service B2B, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Configure Work Skills, Work Conditions, Properties, Message Scenarios
• SME in configuring Routing profiles
• Configure/debug plugin issues
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings with experience on Oracle Field Service implementations.
• Having knowledge of JavaScript is an added plus.
• Having Techno/Functional knowledge on Oracle Service Cloud B2C is a plus.
• Hands on experience of working with different types of customers to be able to provide sustainable industry standard solutions.
• Having Experience working with API Calls using Web Services and work experience in building integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to stay ahead of emerging trends in the market and drive innovation for AST (Applications Software Technology) in their area of expertise.
